When you submit an enquiry, BookMyHut stores your name, email, mobile number, message, selected project, preferred visit date and consent. These details are used to respond to your property request and manage follow-up.

Enquiry notifications are forwarded to info@bookmyhut.com with a copy to gajendraworld@gmail.com using FormSubmit or a configured email provider. These services process enquiry contact details to relay your request.

Accounts and listings

Creating a BookMyHut account stores your name, email and a securely hashed password. Saved properties, saved searches, uploaded property photos and submitted listings are stored with your account. Published listings and their contact information are visible to people who can access this website. Enquiry details are restricted to the relevant property owner or BookMyHut administrator.

Your choices

Do not include financial account details or identity documents in an enquiry. You can remove saved homes and searches or withdraw a listing by saving it as a draft. Use the contact form to request access to or deletion of your enquiry data.
